The online registration form below is the fastest way to guarantee a seat in our courses. Payment can be made using debit/credit card online during registration. Payment can also be made after registering either through PayPal or by requesting invoice to pay by debit/credit card or by check.  Tuition payment confirms registration. We will hold your seat for 7 days while awaiting payment.

**Available Course Discounts include: $100.00 early registration discount for registrations received four weeks or more before course start date ($50.00 early registration discount for Advanced Mediation Training and Intro to Online Mediation Training), $100.00 group discount per person for two or more persons signing up together ($50.00 group discount for Advanced Mediation Training and Intro to Online Mediation Training). Early Registration Discount is automatic when registering online.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY:

Payment in full is required to reserve your place. After payment is received, a registration/payment confirmation email will be sent within one business day of payment receipt.

Full Refund. Your seminar fee is refundable minus a $200.00 administrative fee if you cancel your registration two weeks or more prior to the first day of the seminar. The Intro to Online Mediation and Advanced Mediation Training courses administrative fee is $100.00. All cancellations must be received in writing or via email.

Reschedule Anytime. If you must reschedule your attendance at a seminar -- you may transfer your registration one time without additional cost to another class within 12 months of the date of your original program. All reschedule requests must be in writing or via email prior to the start of the seminar. (No-shows will not be eligible to reschedule).

Substitutions. If you are unable to attend a seminar for which you have registered, you may send a substitute in your place. If you need to send a substitute, we ask that you notify us at least 1 day in advance of your seminar, if possible.

Event Cancellation.
In the highly unlikely event that Keiter Mediation LLC must cancel or reschedule a program for which you are registered for any reason, we will refund your registration fees in full or transfer your registration to another program, whichever you choose. Keiter Mediation LLC is not responsible for participant expenses related to a program cancellation.
