Schedule a Mediation Consultation

The first step for those considering mediation is to set up a mediation consultation. This one-hour meeting will give us a chance to meet and help you help you decide if mediation services are a good fit for you.

What happens at the consultation?

  • You will learn how the mediation process works and be able to address any concerns or questions you might have.
  • We will assess where you are regarding the issues you are facing and provide you with some mediation options for moving forward.
  • We will go over mediation costs and service options.
  • You will be able to prepare for mediation and schedule mediation if so desired.

Where does the consultation take place?

This one-hour session takes place through on-video conference with Zoom, or at our Oklahoma City office located on the 2nd floor of the Union Plaza Building - 3030 NW Expressway. When scheduling a consultation, you will choose which format you prefer. With the online-video consultation, you will need a computer/Ipad/smart phone with audio & camera, wifi, and a space where you can participate without interruptions. If you are scheduling an in-person, consultation at our Oklahoma City office, please let the receptionist know that you are there to meet with us.

Please note that in light of the COVID-19 threat, we are only offering online-video mediations at this time.

How much does the consultation cost?

The consultation fee is $175.00 and can be paid for online using debit/credit card after selecting your time from the available dates on calendar. Consultations are not confirmed until payment is received and fees are non-refundable.

How do I schedule the consultation?

Just pick a format, then pick a time from the available dates on our calendar.

Who needs to attend the consultation?

Both parties are encouraged to attend if possible. If not, it’s fine for one party to attend.

What do I need to bring with me?

You don’t need to bring anything with you. However, you will be given materials at the consultation.
