Becoming a mediator offers a rewarding opportunity to help individuals resolve conflicts and move forward in their lives. At Keiter Mediation, you can receive comprehensive, court-approved mediation training through live online classes. Current courses include: family and divorce mediation; civil, commercial and employment mediation; and special education mediation. Each course is designed to equip you with essential skills, enhance your resume, and increase your earning potential. By completing these training programs, you can start or expand your mediation career, offering a valuable service in the field of conflict resolution.

To become a court-approved civil and commercial mediator in Oklahoma, you must attend a 24-hour course that is approved by the MCLE Committee of the Oklahoma Bar Association. To become a court-approved divorce and family mediator in Oklahoma, you must attend a 40-hour course that is approved by the MCLE Committee of the Oklahoma Bar Association. After completing the training, you will need to observe or conduct several mediations before being able to qualify and promote yourself as a court-approved mediator. You’ll also need to keep up to date on your training through continuous learning with a minimum of 6 hours every other year. Other states have their own requirements. Mediation training provided by Keiter Mediation will often meet these requirements as our courses follow national standards for professional mediation training.

At Keiter Mediation, we offer several courses that will help you either enhance your existing practice or help you on your journey to becoming a successful mediator.

Payment is required to reserve a spot in a class. After payment is received in full, you will receive an email confirmation within one business day and your spot in the class will be reserved.

Your seminar fee is refundable minus a $200.00 administrative fee if you cancel your registration two weeks or more prior to the first day of the seminar.

All cancellations must be received in writing or via email.

Reschedule Anytime.

If you must reschedule your attendance at a seminar — you may transfer your registration one time without additional cost to another class within 12 months of the date of your original program.

All reschedule requests must be in writing or via email prior to the start of the seminar.

No-shows to a class cannot reschedule a date.

If you are unable to attend a seminar for which you have registered, you may send a substitute in your place. If you need to send a substitute, we ask that you notify us at least 1 day in advance of your seminar.

In the highly unlikely event that Keiter Mediation LLC must cancel or reschedule a program for which you are registered for any reason, we will refund your registration fees in full or transfer your registration at no cost to another course, whichever you choose. Keiter Mediation LLC is not responsible for participant expenses related to a program cancellation.

With invoices, we will reserve your spot in the class for up to seven days while awaiting payment.

Most classes offer an Early Registration Discount up to $100 if you register more than 4 weeks out from a class.

A group discount of up to $100 is available if there are multiple registrations (i.e., more than one student registers at the same time).
