Course Refund Policy

Refund policy: If you are unable to attend a training you’ve registered for, you may transfer your registration to another person or to another class once. Registration cancellations must be received in writing no later than two weeks prior to the start of the class. Tuition paid will be refunded minus a $200.00 administrative fee. 

All cancellations must be received in writing or via email.

Your seminar fee is refundable minus a $200.00 administrative fee if you cancel your registration two weeks or more prior to the first day of the seminar.

Reschedule Anytime.

If you must reschedule your attendance at a seminar — you may transfer your registration one time without additional cost to another class within 12 months of the date of your original program.

All reschedule requests must be in writing or via email prior to the start of the seminar.

No-shows to a class cannot reschedule a date.

If you are unable to attend a seminar for which you have registered, you may send a substitute in your place. If you need to send a substitute, we ask that you notify us at least 1 day in advance of your seminar.

In the highly unlikely event that Keiter Mediation LLC must cancel or reschedule a program for which you are registered for any reason, we will refund your registration fees in full or transfer your registration at no cost to another course, whichever you choose. Keiter Mediation LLC is not responsible for participant expenses related to a program cancellation.
